Mary Smiley Ford
Mary Smiley Ford is the Founder of CCK Consulting and the Co-Founder and CEO of Smiley Aesthetics — one of the fastest-growing independent aesthetics networks in the country, built to nearly 100 practices nationwide through almost entirely organic growth. A national medical aesthetics trainer and speaker, she knows what it takes to scale a service-based business from the ground up because she's done it, repeatedly, across operations, marketing, clinical systems, and AI integration.
CCK Consulting was born from that experience. Mary works with service-based business owners — with a specialty in medical aesthetics, marketing, and AI integration — who are ready to stop guessing, come back from burnout, and start building with intention.
