Mary Smiley Ford is the Founder of CCK Consulting and the Co-Founder and CEO of Smiley Aesthetics — one of the fastest-growing independent aesthetics networks in the country, built to nearly 100 practices nationwide through almost entirely organic growth. A national medical aesthetics trainer and speaker, she knows what it takes to scale a service-based business from the ground up because she's done it, repeatedly, across operations, marketing, clinical systems, and AI integration.

CCK Consulting was born from that experience. Mary works with service-based business owners — with a specialty in medical aesthetics, marketing, and AI integration — who are ready to stop guessing, com back from burnout, and start building with intention. Whether you're launching, growing, or trying to get out of the weeds of your own business, Mary brings the real-world strategy, marketing instincts, and operational clarity that come from having built something that actually works.
